By accessing and using the Drivxi platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Drivxi provides a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for fleet management, dispatch operations, and ride-hailing infrastructure. The Service includes web dashboards, mobile applications, and APIs. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

4. Liability Limitations

Drivxi acts solely as a technology provider. We are not a transportation carrier and do not provide transportation services. The responsibility for all transportation services scheduled through the platform rests solely with the business operating the fleet. We are not liable for any damages, incidents, or legal infractions occurring during the physical transport of passengers.
